Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our cut garden roses (Bouquets) and handle each order with care during packaging and shipping. We use UPS for all shipments, but we understand that there are rare occasions when roses may arrive in less-than-acceptable condition. If this happens, please reach out to customer service. We will do our best to send you a replacement box of the same or similar cut roses, as long as we are not sold out. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the purchase amount as credit for a future order. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roses, we cannot accept returns and there are no refunds. 

Rose Bush Refund & Order Change Policy

Because rose bushes are a seasonal, limited-inventory product that is carefully allocated immediately after purchase, we ask that customers review their orders thoroughly before completing checkout. When you place an order, you accept that we do not offer refunds for any reason after an order is placed. We offer store credit or free replacements if your rose bush or bouquet is damaged enough to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Rose bushes are not eligible for store credit or replacement if they have some miss colored leaves or slight damage to branches as these will grow back in a short period of time and care. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Rose bush orders can not be changed, canceled or refunded once you place your order. Even if it has not shipped yet, there is no refund for your order if you wish to cancel.
  • Sales and promotions will not be applied retroactively to previous orders.
  • No price adjustments will be made on past orders, regardless of shipment status.

Adding to an Order

  • Additional items may be added to an existing rose bush order after purchase.
  • Existing rose bush orders cannot be removed, swapped, or canceled.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds if your rose bush or rose bouquet arriving damaged. If this happens, you must email us photos of the damage and we will either replace it or issue you store credit. Rose bushes are guaranteed to live for 30 days after arriving.  
  • Once an order is placed, it is considered locked into production and inventory allocation and is not eligible for refund.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to plan, allocate, and ship healthy roses at the optimal time for your growing zone while ensuring fairness to all customers.
