SHIPPING
Customers will choose a requested arrival date for their rose bouquet order. Rose bush orders will currently ship at the date noted on the rose bush product page.
Once we have packaged and shipped out your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders are shipped by FedEx ,UPS or USPS. My Rose Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders containing multiple items may see tracking numbers that arrive on different dates. Rest assured, your entire rose order will ship.
To protect our rose bushes from extreme weather changes, we sometimes defoliate the plant and ship them with limited foliage. This helps roses stay healthy throughout the shipping process. We guarantee that your roses will arrive healthy and hardy. Leaves on your rose bush will begin to grow within a couple weeks of planting.
WE SHIP YEAR ROUND
At My Rose Shop, all of our rose bouquets are greenhouse-grown in the fertile land of Columbia or California, so we are able to ship all 12 months of the year. Our rose bushes are greenhouse-grown in California and our ship dates are prodided on the rose bush product pages. You can order your rose bushes or rose bouquets as any time. So, feel free to make purchases even in the off-season and rest assured that our dedicated team will be diligently caring for your roses until your chosen delivery date in the future.
We recommend that you plant your rose bushes at least six weeks before the first frost of your location. You should plant your rose bushes at any time except during extreme heat or cold.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/ADDRESS CHANGES
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Rose bush orders can not be changed, canceled or refunded once you place your order. Even if it has not shipped yet, there is no refund for your order if you wish to cancel.
- Sales and promotions will not be applied retroactively to previous orders.
- No price adjustments will be made on past orders, regardless of shipment status.
Adding to an Order
- Additional items may be added to an existing rose bush order after purchase.
- Existing rose bush orders cannot be removed, swapped, or canceled.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds if your rose bush or rose bouquet arriving damaged. If this happens, you must email us photos of the damage and we will either replace it or issue you store credit. Rose bushes are guaranteed to live for 30 days after arriving.
- Once an order is placed, it is considered locked into production and inventory allocation and is not eligible for refund.
QUALITY STANDARDS
At My Rose Shop we are committed to growing roses that exceed your expectations. We guarantee our roses are healthy, virus-free, and true to variety. We are so confident in our roses that we warranty them for 30 days from the date of shipping, as long as they are properly planted per our planting instructions and cared for in growing zones recommended on MyRoseShop.com
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full and will be charged at the time of order entry. This will reserve your order and hold until your selected ship date.
All payments are to be paid in US funds. If your state has a sales tax, the payment total will include the applicable sales tax due.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS & REFUNDS
